Sorry, Malaysia, says Khairy

The Malaysian Insight

KHAIRY Jamaluddin today apologised to Malaysians for Barisan Nasional’s flaws, saying such weaknesses are due to leaders and not the pact itself, reported Bernama.

“Today is a new beginning for Malaysia. The people have sounded out loud and clear that they want change,” said the Umno Youth chief.

“The leadership transition must take place smoothly, without any attempt to deny the people’s wish.

“Sorry, and thank you, Malaysia. Together, we set aside our differences for a better Malaysia, beginning today.”

Khairy, who successfully defended the Rembau parliamentary seat, said he always tries to serve the people to the best of his ability.

“As an Umno and BN leader, I have tried my best to give the best to Malaysians.

“This party and its members have served the people and country for more than 60 years. The flaws come from us, the leaders.” – May 10, 2018.
