THE swearing-in of the next Kedah menteri besar has been delayed, reported Bernama. 

It had been set to take place this evening.

Private secretary to the Kedah sultan Elmi Yusoff did not say when the ceremony would be held or who would be appointed MB.

Pakatan Harapan won 18 of the 36 seats in Kedah yesterday in GE14, followed by PAS (15) and Barisan Nasional (3). No party achieved the simple majority of 19 seats. – May 10, 2018.
