Warisan captures Semporna, its first parliamentary seat

Parti Warisan Sabah captured its first parliamentary seat this general election through president Shafie Apdal.

The former Umno vice-president beat Sabah Umno information chief Ramlee Marahaban in a four-cornered battle to retain the Semporna seat.

Shafie also edged over Asmara Asmad of PAS and Abdul Nasir Ab Raup. – May 9, 2018.
