WITH mere months left until the 15th general election (GE15), Rafizi Ramli has urged PKR to go back to attacking Najib Razak.

“We have to get cracking. We must not let Umno continue to be mad. Aren’t you tired of Najib?” said the newly elected deputy president during his first wind-up speech at the 16th PKR Congress in Shah Alam today.

“Najib will continue to dominate if we don’t attack him. As such, we must attack him until he’s sent to prison,” said the former Pandan MP.

On that note, he urged PKR divisions nationwide to lodge simultaneous police reports against Najib on Tuesday.

“Don’t let him poison the public and play up racial politics. And every time he lies, we must lodge police reports.

“I know him and he’s a coward. He’s talking big now because nobody is opposing him,” said the 44-year-old.

Rafizi said that PKR’s second duty is to strengthen its election machinery as GE15 could be “three to four months away”.

“Starting August, I will go to the focus seats and I hope that the central leadership committee will also do that soon.”

Rafizi said PKR should start a cooperative to prove the party’s economic agenda to the public.

“This is not to take care of PKR members only. We must show them that our economic agenda is not based on big projects.

“And even if we are not in government, we can still create jobs and help the economy,” said Rafizi. – July 17, 2022.
