US police hunt for ‘cold-blooded’ killer of homeless men

POLICE were conducting an “urgent” manhunt yesterday for a gunman suspected of shooting homeless men on the streets of Washington and New York in a series of “cold-blooded” attacks.

The string of shootings, which took place in the middle of the night over a period of 10 days this month, have left two men dead and three wounded.
