THE meeting with Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad earlier was emotional, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.

Lim, along with PKR president Anwar Ibrahim, Deputy Prime Minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and Amanah president Mohamad Sabu had met Dr Mahathir at his residence this morning amid speculation that the prime minister was about to ditch Pakatan Harapan and form a new federal government with new partners.

“It was a very emotional meeting,” Lim told reporters after arriving at DAP headquarters for a high-powered meeting as speculation continues over a new coalition being incepted in Putrajaya. – February 24, 2020.
