EASTERN Sabah Security Command today updated its list of wanted suspects linked to cross border crimes in the Sabah Eastern Security Zone (Esszone).

The revised list now has 18 suspects, from 11 previously, and includes seven men from the Philippines who are wanted to help resolve several cross-border crime incidents last year, said Esscom commander Hazani Ghazali.

The seven new suspects are Salip Murad, Sibih Pisah, Titing Alihasan@Iyot Pandey, Roger Saji, Long Shiri, Jul Aksan Abdurajan @ Halimaw and Ben Tatoh.

“Esscom is appealing to those with information on any of the suspects to come to Esscom with the information.

“After updating records, including getting verification from the Philippines security personnel, we have revised the list and it comprises suspects who are involved in various crimes and presently active in Esszone waters,” said Hazani.

Since January 2016, 29 individuals on the list of wanted individuals have either been shot dead or have turned themselves in to the Philippine authorities, he said. – January 6, 2019.
