Bersatu members free to speak at general assembly, Muhyiddin says

BERSATU members have been given a free hand to voice out any grouses or suggestions they have during the party’s debate session tomorrow, said Muhyiddin Yassin.

The Bersatu president said they can talk about anything, from party matters to the administration of the government.

“The debates are on for tomorrow. They can mention anything. We are an open party and we hope everything will progres well,” he said on the sidelines of the Bersatu annual general assembly in Putrajaya today.

He said about 1,359 delegates from all states will be attending the closed door debates tomorrow.

Muhyiddin said they will take all opportunities during the meetings to discuss all the political matters and the party.

“We need to move forward to strengthen the party and determine what role we will play in Pakatan Harapan.

“This is in terms of moving forward in areas like the economy, education and matters in the interest of all Malaysians,” he said.

He also said that Bersatu will create a harmonious relationship among all the people and deal with issues of race a religion.

“This will be a few of the critical issues that will be discussed during the meetings.” – December 28, 2018.
