ROSMAH Mansor has been summoned for questioning by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission at its headquarters at 11am tomorrow, said her lawyer.
“Tomorrow morning, Rosmah will be at the MACC,” lawyer Geethan Ram Vincent told The Malaysian Insight.
However, he declined to say whether any charges were expected to be filed against the wife of former prime minister Najib Razak.
Tomorrow will be the third time Rosmah has been called in for questioning by the anti-graft agency.
Rosmah was questioned for 13 hours last week as part of its corruption investigation into 1Malaysia Development Bhd subsidiary, SRC International.
On June 5, she was questioned by the MACC for five hours in relation to SRC International funds channelled to Najib’s account. Only Najib has been charged in relation to the investigation into SRC International.
The MACC said last Monday that it had completed its investigation into Rosmah and submitted papers to the Attorney-General’s Chambers to decide if charges should be brought against her. – October 2, 2018.
