SEVERAL Filipinos on Malaysia’s wanted list were arrested by the Philippine military recently, said Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) commander Hazani Ghazali.

He said the suspects were identified based on photos provided by Esscom to Filipino forces.

“The suspects are believed to have been shot by Filipino forces before surrendering.

“We are getting full cooperation from the Philippines and Indonesia in upholding peace and security in the region,” he said at the state assemblymen briefing today.
