Putrajaya moves to strike out RM100 million suit by Altantuya’s family

Putrajaya has applied to strike out a 10-year-old suit filed by the family of Altantuya Shaariibuu seeking RM100 million in compensation for her murder by two policemen, says the family’s lawyer, Ramkarpal Singh.

Shaariibuu Setev, father of the Mongolian model, filed an affidavit opposing the application last week, reported FMT, who said it sighted the affidavit.
