HOUSEWIFE Rozita Mohamad Ali was sentenced to eight years’ jail today by the Shah Alam High Court, which revised an earlier good behaviour bond for abusing her Indonesian maid in 2016.

High Court judicial commissioner Tun Abdul Majid Tun Hamzah today revised the sentence on Rozita, who was released two weeks ago by the Sessions Court on a good behaviour bond for five years in surety of RM20,000 for causing grievous hurt to Suyanti Sutrinso.

  • Looks like even our Judiciary also needs second opinion before they vet out their sentence!! If not for the outcry, they would have burried this case ...... harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi!
