Task force chairman claims trial to insulting ex-PM via Facebook


MALAYSIA-Singapore Workers Task Force (Pemas) chairman S. Dayalan pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today to a charge of improper use of network facilities to insult former prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin.

Dayalan, 41, is accused of knowingly making and initiating the transmission of the offensive communications with the intention to annoy others using a Facebook account with the profile name Dayalan Sreebalan at 10.03pm on May 30.
