Malaysia to set up Palestinian affairs unit in Jordan

MALAYSIA is in the final steps of setting up a Palestinian affairs unit at the Malaysian embassy in Amman, Jordan in an effort to strengthen bilateral relations with Palestine.

Deputy Foreign Minister Kamarudin Jaffar said apart from strengthening bilateral relations, the unit would also facilitate Malaysia’s humanitarian aid to Palestine.
