COMPLAINTS about people receiving Covid-19 vaccination appointments at centres a long way from home can now be resolved by changing your address in the vaccination appointment page on the MySejahtera app, according to the special committee on ensuring access to Covid-19 vaccine supply.

However, the committee said this does not apply to those who have registered and received an appointment for the AstraZeneca opt-in programme.

“You are able to change your address even after a vaccination appointment is scheduled.

“These changes will not affect your existing queue,” the committee said on Twitter.

It posted a post-appointment change of address infographic, showing the steps required to change address, which is found in 1st Dose appointment on the vaccination page in MySejahtera.

People who have received and confirmed a prior appointment can cancel it and select Allocated health facility too far away as the reason for cancellation.

They will then have to enter and submit new state and postcode details.

“New appointment details will be sent within 30 days,” said the committee.
