ACTIVE Covid-19 clusters in the country rose to 726 after health authorities reported 23 new clusters today, with a bulk of them linked to workplaces, said Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The health director-general said in the past 24 hours, 16 clusters were reported at workplaces, six were linked to community transmissions and one was related to a high-risk group.
Selangor, Johor, Sarawak and Sabah reported four clusters each, Negri Sembilan reported two, while Kelantan, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Terengganu and Kedah recorded one cluster each.
Today’s figure is a drop by seven clusters from a record number of 30 clusters reported in a single day yesterday.

8. Jalan Airport in Miri, Sarawak – 12 cases
9. Jalan Ilmu in Miri, Sarawak – 24 cases
