HEALTH authorities have identified 18 new Covid-19 clusters today, with a bulk of them linked to workplaces, said Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
The director-general of health said of the new clusters, 10 were traced to workplaces, five linked to religious activities and three were community transmissions.
Noor Hisham said the addition of 18 new clusters today increased to total number of clusters in the country to 1,984, of which 529 are active.
The 18 clusters detected in the past 24 hours are:

1. Persiaran Perbandaran in Petaling, Klang and Hulu Langat, Selangor with 25 cases
2. Industry Balakong Tiga in Hulu Langat, Sepang and Petaling, Selangor (19)
3. Jalan Wan Kadir spreading over Kepong, Lembah Pantai, Titiwangsa and Cheras, Kuala Lumpur and Klang, Selangor (8)
4. Jalan Simpang Tiga in Kuching, Samarahan, Serian and Asajaya, Sarawak (14)
5. Jalan Datin Halimah in Johor Baru, Johor (10)
6. Jalan Mengkibol in Kluang, Johor (25)
7. Jalan Selat in Manjung, Perak (13)
