  • Its a wonder these statics can be published seeing there are millions of unregistered and stateless individuals resident in Malaysia. They know how many children there are but not how many illegal or stateless people. These people need hospitals and schools too but unless the numbers are known, planners cannot estimate where the need is located. Hence under supply and strained public services. The state also misses out on tax contributions. This problem is growing and weakening Malaysia.
