A GENERAL Operations Force (PGA) policeman on duty at the Malaysia-Thai border in Perlis is believed to have been shot dead early this morning.

Inspector-General of Police Abdul Hamid Bador confirmed the incident but did not reveal further details,.

“Yes, I confirm the incident and I am on my way there (Perlis) to see the condition of the PGA personnel involved,” he said briefly.

Bernama is made to understand that Perlis police will hold a press conference on the incident later today. – Bernama, November 24, 2020.
