MAYBANK Asset Management Group Bhd (MAMG) has entered into two conditional share purchase agreements with Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB) and PNB International Limited to acquire Amanah Mutual Bhd and Singapore Unit Trust Limited for RM51 million.

MAMG will also enter into a conditional share subscription agreement with Permodalan Nasional Bhd, which will subscribe 8.34 million new ordinary shares in MAMG for RM50 million, cash, said Malayan Banking Bhd (Maybank), the parent company of MAMG, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia today. – Bernama, December 13, 2017.
