Govt wants higher-learning institutions to delay students’ return

THE Higher Education Ministry wants all higher-learning institutions (IPT) to postpone the return of their students and registration of new students from red zones at their respective campuses, which is scheduled to start next month.

Minister Noraini Ahmad said the registration and learning process for affected students could be done online.

  • Will the Ministry be providing free masks and sanitiser to all university students? It is rather costly as they have to wear the masks everyday. If classes are still going to be online, perhaps better to ask them to stay at home.
