Finas licence for social media films sparks online backlash

PEOPLE took to the internet today to vent their displeasure after the communications and multimedia minister told the Dewan Rakyat all films, including those posted on social media must be licensed by the National Film Development Corporation (Finas). 

Some warned that “you are all technically criminals” for having made and posted personal videos.
