UAE’s Mars probe launch delayed

THE United Arab Emirates has announced the postponement to Friday Japan time of the launch of its Mars probe, called Hope, due to weather conditions at the Tanegashima Space Centre.

The UAE government today tweeted that there will be a “delay of the Emirates Mars Mission’s Hope Probe launch due to the weather conditions” at the remote Japanese launch site.
