Indonesia’s Covid-19 cases rise to 55,092

THE number of Covid-19 infections in Indonesia continue to spike after the tally rose to 55,092 cases today, with 51 more fatalities reported overnight. 

According to Indonesian government spokesman on Covid-19, Achmad Yurianto, 1,082 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, while the death toll now stands at 2,805 cases.
