THE Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) today detained a former chief executive officer of a government foundation linked to federal Islamic authorities over allegations of power abuse.

 The suspect is said to have awarded to his own company a government contract for the organisation of a cycling event four years ago.

  • Arrests arrests, .... but how many have been convicted and are behind bars, or kena rotan? Is there a list of all those arrested and all those whose court cases have reached the end of the road? How many cases were successful? How many failed, how many withdrawn? 46 charges against a politician were withdrawn and full discharge given!
