WHEN the conditional movement control order (CMCO) will be lifted depends on how well the people can conform to the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for health and safety in their daily life, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin said.

He said success was not up to the individual but a collective effort and that very citizen must play a role, including by reprimanding each other when one is guilty of non-compliance.
