THE Perikatan Nasional government has failed to take swift action to protect people and businesses who have breached contracts due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a DAP lawmaker said.

Bandar Kuching MP Kelvin Yii said the earliest Putrajaya can enact laws is in October, which means nearly a year would have passed without legal protection for those in this situation.
