Universities can stop classes over Covid-19 fears

PUBLIC universities have autonomy to make decisions regarding postponement of classes following Covid-19 infection.

Deputy Education Minister Teo Nie Ching said they made a similar move when the country was hit by smoke to protect the health of students.
