Modi asked for Zakir Naik in Russia meeting with Dr Mahathir, says report

THE question of Dr Zakir Naik was raised in a meeting between the Malaysian and Indian prime ministers in Russia, the Hindustan Times reports.

It said Narendra Modi asked Dr Mahathir to extradite the Muslim preacher to India, where he is wanted on charges related to terrorism and money laundering.
