CARICATURES of four ministers depicted as clowns have popped up along a major road in Kuala Lumpur.
The drawings of Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik, Primary Industries Minister Teresa Kok and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Islamic Affairs) Dr Mujahid Yusof Rawa were spotted on a 600m stretch of Jalan Sultan Ismail.
