DE facto PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim was rushed to Hospital Kuala Lumpur today due to fluctuating blood pressure.

PKR communications director Fahmi Fadzil said Anwar was also in need of intensive physiotherapy for his old shoulder injuries and was currently under observation.

Despite ill health, the jailed opposition leader continues to urge the people to work towards change, which he believes to be “imminent.”

“Datuk Seri Anwar urges all to continue to work towards bring about change. He also reminded the leadership of Keadilan and Pakatan Harapan to give priority to the issues faced by the people, including the economic problems in need of solution. – September 19, 2017.
